Objective: In 1993, three shackled teens in a West Memphis, Ark., courtroom were found guilty in the brutal 1993 murders of three 8-year-old Boy Scouts despite no physical evidence. Damien Wayne Echols, Jesse Miskelly and Jason Baldwin were tried and found guilty of the crime. In 2011, the three were released from prison after pleading guilty at anAlford plea a legal technicality where they must acknowledge guilt for a crime as they simultaneously profess their innocence. Many theories exist as to what really happened to the little boys.
