The entrancing KoKo the Fleischer clown, a seminal figure in film animation created by Max Fleischer who invented the technique of rotoscoping.

You can see an entire 7 minute vid on YouTube.

At about 3 mins is the famous ice-skating sequence -- can you imagine the work that went into this ode to pen and ink?!!
