It's tough to tell who is going to make it in the book. The book as gone through several changes over the last year. Benj and I working on the final manuscript, but even then it's going to be tweaked. We're going to add to movies that come out in the spring to make the book as current as possible.
There is going to be about 1,800-2,000 reviews in the book so a lot of people will get in. All I can say is Benj and I are doing our best to make sure all Fourum regulars and the site's top contributors have at least one review published.
We want everyone to be a part of the book.
Well, I better get to typin' then, cuz I wanna be published!(posting on my own Wordpress websites doesn't count)
I'm just gonna call a spade a spade. I've been rather lax in my appearances in the Fourum this past year, but I like to think I contribute enough to warrant at least one review in the book, and that's where my motivation lies with your project.
So far as a free copy... I'd actually feel guilty for asking, considering the amount of work that goes into the site, not to mention the time and effort it takes Yukon and Benj to put together the coffee-table material.
That's just me. What others do is always up to them, and affects me not in the slightest.
Really looking forward to the book. This has been my favorite site since I stumbled onto it, and I feel proud to have been a microscopic part of its history... |

| I'm happy to pay. All joking apart, Benj deserves everything he gets from the book, for the time and effort he's put in for free over the years. If I can help out with my purchases, then even better. Much kudos also to Yukon for getting the book project in front of the publishers and getting things sorted. |

Yukon e-mailed me about the book on my birthday last year, which was a cool gift. Even one review in the book would be more than I've published before (outside of a Master's thesis).
I would be happy to purchase a copy, if for no other reason than I've saved a great deal of money by staying at home and pursuing randall and thefoxboy ...

Oh, God, I'd love to get at least ONE review of mine published in the book! I haven't managed to review as many films as I'd like to over the many years I've been a contributor to the site, but I've always tried to aspire to quality/wit over volume. As an unashamed devotee of the pun, FWFR is my all-time favorite website...

I was surprised to get an email, I always considered myself a 'quantity versus quality' reviewer...considering the talented company I keep here! We plan on purchasing the book- and we are thrilled! It's also made me re-evaluate the fact that I've been 'too busy' to do it in quite a while...

You're so sweet, thank you! The family is great...they are growing up so fast. Philip will be 8 this year, and Gracie will be 5. And, we are hoping to have 'news' sometime this year. :)
