Chapter 10 is now going through an overhaul -- thanks to an e-mail from the publisher's lawyer.
The origical plan was to have the chapter highlight obscure movies found on-line. Benj is going to make a webpage for these movies to make the book interactive. But there are rights issues, so the only thing the lawyer said we can use that is legally safe is any movie made before 1924.
(This is sad news because it means we have to drop them from the book. But who knows, if this book is a success and there is a sequel, we may run an "Obscure movie" section without links, that way we can have reviews for Bambi Meets Godzilla and How to Build An Igloo.)

This posed a big problem because it's hard to find a movie on-line made before 1924 that is also popular on FWFR. The Execution of Mary Stuart and Boxing Cats. Prof Welton had lots of great reviews.
But some other films only had one or two. For each movie we list in the book, we need to run four reviews with it.
So if anyone wants to improve their chances of getting in the book, please take a look at the following films and start writing. Your help is greatly appreciated by Benj and I.

Just out of curiosity, how would one enter a review for a film that is not listed here nor can be found on IMDb? Oh, and have you checked the internet archives? They tend to have silent films.

If the film isn't listed on IMDB, then it can't be listed on FWFR.com. That's one of the rules of this site.

You have to submit info to IMDB to get them to list the film, then get Benj to add it to FWFR.com

I think a few people have done ths before.

I've previously submitted a couple of films to IMDb to get them on fwfr.

It's not too difficult and can be done here.

Don't worry about adding every detail the form asks for (e.g. production company, gross etc.) just fill in all the info you can find online.

Also, once it's on IMDb, you don't have to ask benj any more: you can add to the fwfr database by yourself.
