I don't know what (who?) Zaphdig is, but Google's sole result for it (mentioning curvy women) did make me wonder if it was a Bridget Jones reference.

O.K.: Cursing foreigner.

This is quite hard, so as a clue, think about a nationality which stereotypically swears a lot. The actor and character are both that nationality.

Dude: if it's so obscure that you need additional clues, then maybe you should pick something less obscure.

And last time I checked, EVERYBODY swears a lot, so I can't fathom what racist, fascist, jingoistic stereotype I'm supposed to be keying in on here.

This game can only really work if the clues are fairly easy, the enjoyment being in their aptness.

Making them obscure is just ruining the fun.

And making them obscure and racist...

What rubbish.

It's not racist to mention that a stereotype exists, only to treat such stereotypes as truths. Nationalities are not races anyway.

You are not in charge of what is fun and what is not fun. Besides, this one is really not that hard. There is definitely one nationality that is most often treated as stereotypically swearing a lot. There are not that many famous actors of this nationality. The film in question is a recent well-publicised film.

That 2nd, as you should know, is more a comment on the much missed [but-4-repeats]Father Ted. I fucking swear all the cocksucking time and so do many of my best fucking friends and none of us is mothercunting Irish. If someone had tried to collectivize persons of non-heterosexual gender or melanin-rich skin tone, would that be stereotyping and/or an indication of predjudice.

As for fun - seems to me these petty dancing-on-the-head-of-a-pin alleyway on certain threads tend to kill the inherent fun of this site. Wherefore? Perchance to turn spotlights on those who are needy of attention? Who are needy of 'winning'? Who are needy of having the last word. I dare you not to reply.

Carly S. and I bet you think this posting is about you.

Hi bife - why don't you give us the next clue and get some fun back into the game.
