I think Final Analysis fits the bill, it's been a while since I saw it though.

Does she have to fool him, or could he think she's fooling him? If the latter, you could also go with On A Clear Day You Can See Forever.

Thanks Chocky, but, no, she has to fool him really, otherwise it wouldn't really work.

Still, FINAL ANALYSIS seems to fit the bill very well.
