It's about time Richard Curtis stopped trying so hard.

John Guleserian's cinematography
Given all the suspension of disbelief in the Hubble universe - the premise is overwhelmingly absurd and proscriptive; the loopholes so deep that if you threw a pebble over the edge the damn thing still wouldn't have landed before the film is done.
