Lemmy in for #855.

Theodora Goes Wild--The small town of Lynnfield gets upset when newspaper editor Thomas Mitchell starts serializing a saucy novel. Little do they know who penned the scandalous work under a pseudonym.

Darwin--No, not Charles or Australia but a virtual ghost town in Death Valley. A strange documentary.

Crossfire Hurricane reviews the 50-year career of the Rolling Stones whose first gig was in London's Marquee Club.

Funny ha ha, funny peculiar

NB:
The Marx Brothers "Duck Soup" features the great 'mirror' sequence.
The first half of "Night at the Opera" takes place on a cruise liner.
Steve Martin plays Navin Johnson in "The Jerk" - he calls his penis his "special purpose".
"Bottle Rocket" started out as a short film before being extended into Wes Anderson's first feature.
Lukas Moodysson's "Together" follows a mother and children who move in with a commune of hippies following the husband's drunken violent behaviour.

Fierce Creatures.

Notes:
Safe-cracker Gary Dove encounters the violent and vulgar "Beast," Don Logan.
In Tales from Earthsea, the villain Lord Cob sets a trap for the wizard Sparrowhawk (a.k.a. Ged).
Brad Bird directed The Incredibles.
Snake Plissken is chosen to rescue the president from Manhattan.

Dewey Cox's number of children seems to increase exponentially.

Three girls' sexual awakening takes place during the same summer.

A big robbery takes place in Boston.

One inspired by another by demonic, but hopefully different enough.
