Four Your Consideration - Treasure Hunt
Sen Sez: I know what you're thinking. Do you FYCTH six films? Or only five?

--> Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list.
--> Do not use reviews from the previous round - you must change them every round.
--> Post here to declare that you've done it. Sooner is better than later.
--> Provide a spoiler warning in your post when appropriate.
--> You must read the F.Y.C.s of all participants.
--> The next round starts on Monday or Thursday at 6:00 p.m. FWFR time, whichever comes next.

Hopefully no explanations needed.

I already voted on all of these, so I hit five others of yours.

Me, Too

Thanks very much both, and to the third person who did the same thing. That was beyond the call of duty -- I made that selection open-eyed and didn't expect to get many new votes. One of them got a vote just before the round, which prompted me to do it, but then in fact none of them received any once I'd entered! Hopefully they can each creep up to 50 one day.

Well played, my friend...

Got everyone.

(And I'm a bit surprised that my Jazz Singer review didn't get any votes. You do know that Al Jolson's family wanted him to become a cantor, don't you?)

V&V.

Is that the time already?

One hint: Todd Solondzs most famous film is Happiness.

One explanation: The 3 children in Dogtooth are cut off by high walls & their strange belief system from what they are told by their parents are the terrible dangers of the outside world. They believe that they are only ready to face these dangers when they lose a canine tooth. (And Elder Daughter is becoming v restless)

Imitations.

Notes:
Peter Sellers is Hrundi V. Bakshi, whose clumsiness enlivens a formal cocktail party.
Wag the Dog is about a fake war invented to divert attention away from a presidential scandal.
Cary Grant is the Cat, a burglar forced out of retirement to find someone who has been copying him.
