Objective: Clive Barker is an undoubted master of literary horror something barely recognised from the big screen adaptations of his fiction. His own "Hellraiser" and Bernard Rose's "Candyman" are modern classics, but the majority of the films bearing his name since have been inconsistent at best. There is a current revival of interest in his work with several of the "Books of Blood" stories being adapted, as well as the forthcoming "Hellraiser" remake, so review all of Barker's directorial and screenwriting credits, not including films made without his direct input. Watching all the dreadful Hellraiser sequels would be beyond even Barker's twisted sadistic imaginings. Matches 1 to 13 out of 13 |
