If you've been following the news, you'll be aware that gay marriage was legalised in New York this week, so this week at fwfr is GAY WEEK!!! That includes lesbians obviously. 
Here's a book about a couple of male penguins who hatched an egg and raised a female chick named Tango. |

Where Gay was invented -- Ancient Greece.
It's a documented fact: before the Greeks, gay did not exist (which is why it's called "Greece" anyway).

Many years ago, my father-in-law was hired to create an educational slide set using the California Raisins. He painted the characters as a realistic raisin brown color, but the Raisin folks protested, "Everyone knows raisins are purple." I dunno, does this little guy (gotten from http://www.aaanimations.com/raisinpeople.html) look lavender? |
