Advance warning: I will be out on Wednesday night, so results for this week's competition may not be posted until Thursday morning.
Also, you may have noticed that FWTO #300 is looming on the horizon. Get your thinking caps on, because if you win #299, it's up to you to pick a good'un for the tricentennial. I'll be inviting past FWTO winners back to celebrate and to compete in that weeks competition.

This week's viewing: The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension
Thoughts: This is my second time trying to watch this, the first time I hated it so much I didn't make it through. It was better the second time, but the appeal of this thing is entirely lost on me. There's a difference between delightful, inspired campiness and just pointless randomness. |
