Sludge, I don't think there's any issue with Clause 15. Basically the user is promising to not write 'objectionable' content as a condition of site use. If however, a user does write 'objectionable' content then such material could be removed from the site. That's no different from the way things have always been.
It's really just legal arse-covering for benj and the publishers of the book. I don't think these new Terms of Use change anything for the users at all. |
