One of the constant gripes about top voted reviews is that whoever joins the site visits them first and sprinkles some votes, thus inadvertently ensuring that reviews outside the top 100 (or 1000) have no chance of playing catch up ever? So, why not have a random 100 reviews page in addition to top 100 reviews page? in order to maintain quality, we can probably have a cut-off of at-least 8 votes (or 10?) for a review to make it to the random 100 reviews page.
Similarly, we can have a feature of random 100 reviewers as well, just as we have top 100. Here the cut-off can be something like average votes per review being 2 at least and the total number of reviews being 100 at least? |

For instance, clicking on a random reviewer link could lead to this page. |

I can't help but notice that the random page it went to was sorted with the top-voted reviews at the top |

And why not? Some good ones there, too!

Yep, sounds like a good idea. Although I've got some bigger stuff on the go at present, I'll see if I can accommodate this (or something similar) into the stuff I'm working on. |
