Hey benj,

I was thinking it would be really useful if we could view a list of all the films for which we have the top-voted review. I can see how many top reviews I have by looking at the stat, but I don't know which films I have the top review for (without actually going to each film's page). Is it possible you could add a page for this at some point?

Also, as I like trying to attain the top review for a film, and then maintain the top spot, what would be really cool is if it could say how many votes yours is top by. (So say I had a top review with 10 votes, and the second top review had 8, it would say 'Top by 2 Votes'.) This page could also tell you the percentage of top reviews you have (like the 'Percentage of films reviewed where I have at least the joint top review with at least 1 vote' stat.)

Anyone else like the idea of this?

Yowser! Nothing major then? I'll have a think about it and see if it fits in anywhere with what I'm working on.

There is a stat that tells you the percentage of your reviews that are the top review already, because I have it. But I wouldn't be adverse to knowing which of my reviews were currently top if such a thing were possible.

WARNING!! That would be a very slow query, since you'd have to run a sub-query for every film you had in your list to see how many votes the top review on the film had. The time required to run would increase with the square of the number of films you reviewed. It could paralyze the system for people with lots of reviews.

Please don't paralyze me. At my age it's hard enough to get around as it is!!

I would love this feature, but its not essential and if it is too difficult to be of use, then don't bother.

Cool, cheers. Obviously don't bother if it's a major hassle, or would possibly slow things up like RockGolf said.

Yeah I know, I have it too, I was suggesting that this new 'My Top Reviews' page could have that stat on it as it would make sense to have it on there.

I would like such a feature too. The processing time surely shouldn't be any more than the processing time for producing the stat.

I'd also ideally like a stat for the number of films for which one has the top review (though this would be covered by a top reviews list having a number at the top, of course); the current stat is for the number of top reviews, which isn't quite the same and makes the percentage version inaccurate.
