TA:MOU = Themed Anniversary: Moving On Up
The Rules
Each Tuesday a theme will be decided based on the Anniversary of some significant event. All you have to do is trawl your reviews for any that relate to that event and post them here with a link.
You can post as many as you wish, so long as either the film or your review clearly relates to the theme. You can only post during the week of the current TA:MOU.
You don't have to say you voted unless you really want to - but you are expected to visit all the links posted.
ON THIS DAY: 29 January
In 1845 The New York Evening Mirror published Edgar Allan Poe's evocative poem "The Raven," which was the first time the author was credited. He came to be known as the father of the detective story.
Inspired by this, TA:MOU sets you a choice of challenges. Just choose one, please, to delight us.
1. Your fwfrs for all films based, however loosely, on any of Poe's work. OR 2. Any genre of film specifically about, starring, or featuring birds - doco, fiction, pets, horror, wild, tame, live action or animation.
So get our those feathers, and fly, my pretties, fly!
