(Ety: From the movie "Switch" where Jimmy Smits demanded his name immediately follow the title: So the commercials had, "Switch. Jimmy Smits." (not "Switch, with Jimmy Smits" or "Switch, starring Jimmy Smits".))
(I only know of this since it is an old MST3K gag.)
