I had to reduce this fucking thing from 1.3MB to under 100kB, result is serious cropping and speeding up.

That one's been a favorite of mine.
I, too had to do some serious cropping and color reduction to get mine down from 2MB!! So I sympathize  (but at least yours is a proven winner  ). |
