Is it my eyesight or did one of the main male dancers, particularly in the 'who will buy scene', take on several roles both male and female, please? I'm thinking of the gent getting into the carriage, a nanny pushing a pram, a school master and a window cleaner. Does anyone know who he is and was he a principal dancer. Thanks, though I might be mistaken. ken

I didn't want you to think your question had been ignored. I've done a bit of searching, but can't find anything to either confirm or deny your observation. Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of Oliver!, nor has it been on my cable in quite sometime. Sorry
