Posted - 07/16/2007 : 05:26:25 Oh, I'm quite sure Randall was right. I definitely remember the image of the fire in a ring around the earth, which The Day the Earth Caught Fire does not.
In fact, I've already submitted my review for Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea |

Posted - 07/09/2007 : 20:02:43 I still stand by my suggestion. In VOYAGE, the Van Allen belt of the atmosphere catches fire -- the sky's literally burning -- and they have to send a super-submarine down to nuke it or something [I was a grade-schooler then... ]. In your flick, I think the earth starts spiraling into the sun. Anyhow, Morkeleb might be able to decide... |

Thanks!
Wow, that's a counterintuitive title, given what I remembered. No wonder I had trouble finding it. |

Something about a fire-ring range perhaps?
