Recently-ish, you mentioned something about wrong rejection reasons perhaps not being the MERPs' fault, because the wrong ones might be coming through or something.

Is that still happening? I have just had two Factually inaccurates that are otherwise unfathomable.

I've had another one in this category that is just ridiculous. (It is about a character with one personality also masquerading as someone with a contrasting one -- it's quite specific!) Might there indeed be a problem, Benj?
