Hello, one and all.

Sorry I've been absent from FWFR so long. I guess the "four-word review" part of my brain just sort of dried up. But I just submitted a few new ones, so let's hope for the best.

In the meantime, I've been writing like a fiend at my blog, Dead 2 Rights. Recently, I've been making my way through a bargain DVD box set called 100 Comedy Classics and writing a bit about each film. Here's a link to that. If you like it, check back often because new reviews are posted frequently.

The article I really want you Fourumers to see, though, is this one about seemingly-different movies with very similar plots. This story started very modestly but then grew and grew until... well, you'll see. It's kind of an epic, but it's laid out in such a way that you can skip around, depending on your interest.

Thanks for reading,

Joe

I like your stuff, Joe, much better than I like the movies you review.

Good to see you Joe. A very interesting read. I have always thought The Wizard of Oz and The Breakfast Club have parallel plots.

Joe, how GREAT to see you back here. And with such treasures! I've only had time this evening to skim through your 2-plots-for-1 - but it's really intriguing. Hoping to re-read it tomorrow.

Meanwhile - WELCOME HOME!!
