Put any five reviews you like in your F.Y.C. list. | Do not use reviews from the previous round: you must change them every round. | Post here to declare that youve done it: sooner is better than later. | Provide spoiler warnings in your post when appropriate. | Read the F.Y.C.s of all participants. | The next round starts on Monday at noon or later, F.W.F.R. time.

Lemmy in for #1439.

Dinner for Schmucks is the U.S. remake of Francis Vebers Le diner de cons (The Dinner Game) with Steve Carell taking the role of the con/Schmuck played by Jacques Villeret in the French original.

Divine Madness is a film of Bette Midlers stage show filmed in Pasadena in 1980.

The Harder They FallBogarts final film roleyet another decent man surrounded by vultures.

Hollywood or Bust is the aptly titled last film of Martin & Lewis.

In the earliest days of sound films, the major studios put together vaudeville-like musicals to show of their contract players musical and vocal talents. MGMs contribution featured most of their contract players showing off their speaking chops for the audience which they knew had to be convinced that talkies were here to stay. The only star who appeared but never uttered a word was Buster Keaton.
