The Rules
Each Tuesday a theme will be decided based on the Anniversary of some significant event. All you have to do is trawl your reviews for any that relate to that event and post them here with a link.
You can post as many as you wish, so long as either the film or your review clearly relates to the theme. You can only post during the week of the current TA:MOU.
You don't have to say you voted unless you really want to - but you are expected to visit all the links posted.
ON THIS DAY: 22 January in the evocative year of 1984, America's 18th SuperBowl introduced the Apple Mac - the first personal computer complete with mouse and GUI [graphical user interface]. And we all know what happened then!!
So today's TA:MOU task is to identify your fwfrs for all films in which computers play a pivotal role. They must be truly significant to the plot. Any 'puters will do, not just Apples. Personal, biz, military - used for good or not-so-much.
Just to clarify - this is all about the machines that feature in the script - NOT cgi in the way the film is made.
Whaddya mean it's not working? Have you tried turning it off, then turning it on again?
